Fall is HERE!

As a pumpkin lover - I was looking for something to satisfy my sweet tooth that didn't have loads of sugar and unhealthy fats. You can eat more than one of these without packing the on the pounds.

The biggest tip that I can give to you is to pick a delicious protein powder to start. I highly recommend Quest protein powders. They're delicious, low calorie and pack in high amounts of protein per scoop. I used Vanilla powder here - but you could also try these muffins with cinnamon flavored protein powder.
