Baked Pollock in Lemon Ricotta Cream Sauce

This was an easy meal - I had three pollock fillets and some Sonoma Creamery Lemon Ricotta Cream Sauce that I needed to use up. I baked this at 425 and used 1/2 c. of the sauce. It was enough to fully cover the fish and gave it excellent flavor. I had broccoli, potatoes, tomatoes, and Greek yogurt with an apple on the side. Macros for everything: 650 Cal, 76 P, 20 F, 42 C.
